01 - Preheat oven to 400°F or heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat if opting to pan fry.
02 - Use a rolling pin to flatten each bread slice to approximately 1/4 inch thick.
03 - Place a cheese stick along one edge of each flattened bread slice and roll tightly, sealing the edge with a small amount of melted butter.
04 - Brush the exterior of each roll up with melted butter.
05 - Mix together Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian herbs; sprinkle this mixture evenly over the buttered roll ups.
06 - Position the roll ups seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, or prepare for pan frying.
07 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden and crisp, or pan fry while turning, until evenly browned.
08 - Serve hot with marinara sauce or preferred dipping sauce.
