01 - Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, add crispy rice cereal squares, corn cereal squares, pretzel twists, salted peanuts, bite-sized cheese crackers, mini marshmallows, and chocolate-coated candies. Gently toss to evenly distribute.
03 - In a microwave-safe bowl, add white chocolate chips and coconut oil or vegetable shortening if using. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until completely melted and smooth.
04 - Pour the melted white chocolate over the mixed ingredients. Using a spatula, fold gently but thoroughly to evenly coat all pieces.
05 - Transfer the coated mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and arrange in a single, even layer. Allow to cool at room temperature for approximately 20 minutes, or until fully set.
06 - Once set, break the snack mix into chunks of desired size. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
