# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The way the lime cuts through the rich tea creates this sophisticated brightness that regular iced tea just cannot match
  • You can make a whole pitcher in under fifteen minutes and keep it in your fridge for those days when you need something that feels like a treat but is not loaded with guilt
02 -
  • Adding lime juice to hot tea can make it taste strangely bitter and muted, so patience with the cooling step is actually worth it
  • The longer this sits in the fridge, the more the lime flavor fades, so it is best served within a day or two
03 -
  • Squeeze your limes at room temperature because they release way more juice than cold ones straight from the fridge
  • Roll the lime on the counter with your palm before cutting to break down the internal membranes and get every drop of juice out
