01 - In a medium bowl or mason jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
02 - Cover the bowl or seal the mason jar tightly and place it in the refrigerator. Let the mixture chill for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.
03 - In the morning, remove from the refrigerator and give the oats a good stir. Add a splash of milk if a thinner, creamier consistency is preferred.
04 - Top with fresh berries, sliced banana, chopped nuts, nut butter, or shredded coconut. Serve cold straight from the refrigerator.
