01 - 14 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds

02 - 1 red bell pepper, chopped
03 - 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
04 - 1 medium zucchini, sliced
05 - 1 small red onion, cut into wedges
06 - 1 cup baby carrots, halved
07 - 1 cup snap peas

→ Sauce

08 - 3 tbsp honey
09 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
11 - 1 tbsp olive oil
12 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
13 - 1/2 tsp paprika

# Directions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside.
02 - Add bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, baby carrots, and snap peas to the same skillet. Stir-fry for 6–8 minutes until vegetables are just tender.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
04 - Return browned kielbasa to the skillet. Pour honey garlic sauce over meat and vegetables. Toss everything together to coat evenly.
05 - Cook for an additional 3–5 minutes until everything is heated through and evenly glazed. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
