# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The combination of sweet peaches and cherries creates this incredible natural sweetness that you just cant get from tomato based salsas
  • It comes together in literally fifteen minutes but tastes like something you spent way more time on
02 -
  • Don't skip that 15 minute rest in the fridge. It gives the flavors time to get friendly with each other and transforms this from fruit salad to salsa.
  • The salsa will release some liquid as it sits. That's totally normal and actually delicious just spoon it over whatever you're eating.
03 -
  • Use the sharpest knife you have for the fruit. A dull knife will crush everything and you'll end up with mush instead of distinct pieces.
  • Taste a cherry and a peach before you start. If they're not sweet enough, the salsa will taste flat regardless of how much lime you add.
