Green Lime Sherbet Punch (Printable)

A bright lime sherbet drink with soda and pineapple juice, perfect for summer refreshment.

# What You'll Need:

→ Punch Base

01 - 2 liters lemon-lime soda, chilled
02 - 1 liter pineapple juice, chilled
03 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice

→ Sherbet & Garnish

04 - 1 quart lime sherbet (about 4 cups)
05 - 1 lime, thinly sliced for garnish
06 - Fresh mint leaves, optional for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Pour the chilled lemon-lime soda, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice into a large punch bowl. Stir gently to combine without losing carbonation.
02 - Use an ice cream scoop to add rounds of lime sherbet to the punch mixture, distributing evenly across the surface.
03 - Allow the punch to rest for 2-3 minutes so the sherbet begins to melt and creates a frothy, creamy layer on top.
04 - Stir once or twice with a ladle to swirl the melting sherbet through the punch, creating a marbled effect.
05 - Float lime slices and fresh mint leaves on top. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
