03 - Hold each pretzel twist and dip halfway into the melted chocolate. Lift and gently shake to allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
04 - Immediately place the dipped pretzel on the prepared baking sheet and generously sprinkle pastel-colored sprinkles over the wet chocolate before it begins to set.
05 - Repeat the dipping and sprinkling process with all remaining pretzels, working efficiently to ensure chocolate stays fluid.
06 - Allow the chocolate to set completely at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes. For faster results, refrigerate for approximately 15 minutes until firm.
07 - Transfer cooled pretzels to an airtight container and store at room temperature for up to 1 week. Layer with parchment paper if stacking to prevent sticking.
