06 - 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
07 - 2 medium tomatoes, diced
08 - 1 red onion, thinly sliced
09 - 1 large dill pickle, chopped
10 - 1 avocado, sliced

11 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 4 tbsp burger sauce or mayonnaise
13 - 4 tbsp ketchup
14 - 2 tsp yellow mustard
15 - 2 tbsp sesame seeds
16 - Fresh chives, chopped

# Directions:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat if needed.
02 - While the beef is cooking, chop the lettuce, dice the tomatoes, slice the onion, chop the pickle, and slice the avocado.
03 - Divide the chopped lettuce evenly among four serving bowls to create the base.
04 - Top each bowl with the hot cooked ground beef. Arrange tomatoes, red onion, pickle, avocado, and shredded cheese over the beef.
05 - Drizzle with burger sauce, ketchup, and mustard as desired. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh chives. Serve immediately.
